   Big shout out to all the amazing team at Clifton Vets 4 Pets When my boy Frank managed to get a grass seed embedded in his fleshy cheek causing it to swell and become infected I was so worried about how I was going to pay for his operation. I explained my concerns to the staff and they were all amazing They explained the treatment Frank would need and guided me through the finance plan application process. It was so easy and quick to set up which meant Frank could have his operation before his condition got worse It was such a relief to be able to get the help Frank needed.

   One of the vets, Ria, she has been looking after my two cats and she’s honestly amazing. She always explains everything really clearly, whether it’s over the phone or in person, and she’s so kind and caring with them every time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I’m moving out of the area but I’ll still be staying with Clifton Vets4Pets because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The care my cats get here is brilliant and I’m so grateful for everything Ria and the team have done for us. If you are reading this because you have doubts, don’t doubt anymore, this team is truly great.

   My time with Vets for Pets has been absolutely amazing.. my fur babies mean the world to us, so giving them the best care is what we look for. Pippa and her team are absolutely wonderful with my babies, giving my babies the time and care they need.    The staff are lovely and really helpful. Pippa is highly professional and knowledgeable. She has guided me through one of the most stressful situations you can find yourself in as a pet owner. Ollie contracted an autoimmune condition in April 2022 he nearly died. The treatment and support from all at Vets for Pets Clifton is quite simply second to none. Thanks guys you are the best Debbie

   Nurse was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions & concerns promptly and professionally ensuring I understood everting, took time to comfort & reassure my pet prior to her vaccination although this was my first visit to the practice it was welcoming and friendly like I had been a customer for years! Very impressed with the service as I’m new to the area I have decided to register my other pets at this practice.

   This is a sad review for myself, but I couldn’t recommend this practice enough, especially the receptionist & Pippa who I believe is the practice owner. After our own vet couldn’t or wouldn’t see our very sick girl as an emergency due to “no availability” this vets went out of their way to see our beautiful Kia. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our girl cross the rainbow bridge. However, the care & compassion that was put into us as people & our girl was amazing & I really couldn’t of asked for better care. I really can’t thank you enough for the care & support given. From the Albers family & our girl Kia ❤️
