   Too my cat to this practice some time ago because she had soft lumps on her teats without test automatically said it is most likely cancer but if it don't grow it probably be benign? Took my cat to vets as she had kidney failure and had to be put to sleep but they said the lumps on her teats were lymph note infection so please be aware of this pinfold vets not that good

   Took my dog to Pinfold Vets and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly care deeply about the animals they look after. They made my dog feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Great service and a wonderful team!

   A fantastic veterinary practice with a really friendly, knowledgeable and skilled team. Our dog has a few conditions that have meant she’s been a frequent visitor, including for surgical procedures, and they have gone above and beyond in her care on more than one occasion. She’s surprisingly always keen to go back in, so they also clearly take the time to make sure she’s as relaxed as possible whilst in their care. They are a privately owned practice with a lovely atmosphere and are cheaper and more personal than corporates we’ve been with previously. Highly recommend!

   Took my cat in as a last minute appointment when we our practice had no vet on duty. The staff here are lovely (just the same as our Keyworth branch) and we went in spot on time. The vet was friendly, kind and excellent with our rather shy boy. Couldn't have been any better for a worried owner. Totally sorted the issue and gave advice for going forward to avoid it happening again. Spot on. Thank-you!

   Worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet! Rupert clearly doesn’t like certain breeds of dogs and makes that clear in what he says and how he handles them. He has no skills or confidence in how to manage an excitable dog and makes them worse by not engaging with them and just grabbing the back of their neck! He told us he can’t check her without sedation! when we left I realised we had not got something and when I went back in I could hear Rupert rudely talking about us to other staff in the room next to reception saying he couldn’t do anything with the dog and we had no control, what he doesn’t understand is it’s his behaviour that made her like that! I heard the receptionist say she’s a lovely dog though and to be fair on her and all the other staff I have encountered have been lovely. The problem at this vets is Rupert, he needs to learn some skills with both people and dogs, if he was in any other business he would not last long but luckily for him vets will always be needed. Needless to say we will not trust our dogs in his hands again and will not be returning!

   Took care of me and my cat Millie when nowhere else would. Millie was in her final moments and their understanding and kindest made such a difference. Several days later I received a card from the surgery with condolences and it really did make my heart swell. Such a fantastic caring veterinary practice. Well done Pinfold and thank you.

   We are nervous new pup owners & Pinfold have been amazing. They have answered our questions, scheduled appointments at short notice and been really helpful in making going to the vets a positive experience for our little pup. The staff at reception are patient & kind despite being busy & really made it easy for our dog to learn to love the vets.
