Staff were wonderfully helpful arranging my new kittens first appointment, upon arrival the receptionist I'd talked to on the phone came out to meet my kitten and comfort him in a new environment. The area was clean, tidy, and welcoming with a nice selection of items in the store corner. The appointment itself was prompt and the Vet was lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. Vaccination was done with gentle kindness and my kitten was barely aware it was happening. 100% happy to come back again next time and the pet club appears to be a very good investment so far.”

They were also so comforting and respectful when 1 of my babies had to be out to sleep and the vets were closing for the new year holidays we had time with no rush to say our goodbyes. “Recently had to change dentist as I got offloaded from the Bupa practice in Mintlaw (they can't seem to hold onto a dentist longer than 6 months) and they deregistered me. Very, very, fortunately I was able to be taken on as a NHS Patient at Union Street Dental Care. The staff are amazing, the dentist I've seen a few times now (Ms Mcallen) is superb, a very talented dentist who has a professional and friendly manner. You're kept updated with costs and the receptionist was really helpful in making sure I had the receipts I needed to claim back on my insurance. Couldn't be happier with them and couldn't recommend them any more highly.”

“I was so well looked after by the whole team at Woodend Hospital. From the surgeon, the theatre team to the nursing staff and doctors, physio, occupational therapy, and the domestic team, they were all fantastic. The only downside was the gluten-free food. Only one choice for your meals. So it's advisable to take gluten-free food with you as a backup. I did get a Deliveroo order delivered to the ward, which was awesome.”

I then had about 45 minutes to wait for my lift home so I went to the cafe for a coffee and a light snack. Wow! What a pleasant surprise, the coffee was good and so was the toasted bun with sausages.
