There is zero judgment and you feel welcome and comfortable at any level of ability or strength. I honesty can't thank all the staff not only for their care for my daughter but the support they have given to myself and husband. They are always giving feed back and updates on our daughters progress. The app is great and they even provide a breakfast station for the parents and ideas to keep the kids busy at home explaining all the educational benefits to their activities.
