“My mother got picked up at the Meldron hotel last night around 7.30 ISH and dropped off at OYO queen's quarter. My mother's disabled answer has issues checking into the hotel, the taxi driver was excellent and attempted to contact the hotel for her he also made sure she was somewhere safe before leaving. unfortunately she didn't get his name but very thankful that she had a good driver watching out for her.”

“Parcel from Amazon (originally ordered from Amazon Europe) has been delivered today by UPS. My parcel was marked as out for delivery this morning. After reading through some of the reviews, I decided to physically call in to UPS Mallusk depot and collect the parcel as I explained I had other plans for the rest of the day and couldn't wait for delivery all day. The gentleman at the reception informed me that the parcel has left their depot and is with the driver who should delivery it today. I asked if he could contact the driver to check for timescale and he said it should be with me within an hour or so. The parcel did indeed got delivered to me after about 1h 30 min. The delivery driver was polite, he knocked on the door and closed the gate after handing the parcel to me. That's why I give UPS Newtownabbey/Mallusk 5 stars for this service. I can't complain - everything was spot on.”

“Friendly & helpful staff, dropping of last minute parcel just as they were finishing loading up last wagon before closing. Came running over asking what I had & if it needed to go on the wagon, which it did, took the parcel from me no hassles, had a bit of a laugh with them then left. Great to see people being happy whilst working.”
