“We did a full bathroom refit back in Jan 2023 (forgot to write this sooner), new sink, toilet, bath, tiling, units the whole 9 yards. We made several trips to the showroom to look at what they had available after deciding the looks and quality at Norgrove suited us far better than any other showroom we'd visited. On each visit we were met with a friendly welcome and the guy really knew his stock so was able to show us in the catalogue examples of things we might like that matched based on the styles we described and also offered alternatives for us to consider, many of which we agreed with further proving he knows his stock. There were 2 hiccups during our ordering process (1 our fault, 1 their fault) but in both cases he bent over backwards to solve them so that we walked away with what we wanted. Would highly recommend buying from here. Might be a bit pricy compared to other places like B&Q etc, but the quality is better and many of the units come premade and ready to go which certainly made fitting a lot easier.”

He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.”

“Brilliant! Isaac came to find a leaking mess of pumps, valves and pipework in a cupboard controlling underfloor heating system. Impossible to get to the leaks without ripping it all out. Replaced with neat new manifold and electrical control box and smart thermostats. Workmanship is excellent ( shame it is hidden in a cupboard!) Found a couple of other issues around the boiler and fixed those FOC. Thoroughly recommend him.”
