There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)”

They are very good people have a waiting room for you while they are working on your car it’s always best to book a time for any services, but I did not prebook it walking in on Saturday morning asking if they could do it they said not a problem and they would be able to do it after 11am as they are busy.
