Thought I'd try my luck with these barbers, they were busy but I was welcomed in. I didn't have to wait long, as there are 4 barbers working there. I found my guy was very professional and polite, not chatty which suits me. He followed my requirements and I had a fine haircut at a VERY competitive price. Definitely recommended.”

Made the whole process smooth and effortless. It was my first time colouring my hair professionally and I can't recommend anyone enough! Steve is so chilled and we got on so well, actually had a lot on common! Gave great advice and really understands the workings/science of the hair and what will work well etc! Super patient and advised well! I regret not getting more of my hair coloured (most of the year it's tied up in a bun due to weather and therefore can't appreciate the full affect).. but it was my indecisiveness and hesitation, not Steve's fault! He had a difficult customer!! Service was second to none, all the staff are lovely. Plenty of teas /coffees and fresh air when needed! Weather its your first time like me, or if you regularly colour your hair; lab forte are the one, especially Steve! See you soon buddy!”

“I joined this gym recently after having trained at Pure Gym and The Gym Group for over 2 years. I was interested in this gym after watching YouTube reviews on it and also reading Google Reviews as well. All I can say is that if you are serious about your training and you want to focus on your weightlifting/bodybuilding goals then this is the gym for you. The gym is across 2 floors. The Ground Floor has 6 large rooms: 1.) Cardio (treadmills, bikes etc) 2.) Dumbbells (massive variety of weight i.e. 150kg) 3.) Chest & Triceps 4.) Back 5.) Crossfit 6.) Shoulders & Legs On the First Floor there are two boxing rings, a variety of boxing bags and also additional cardio machines. They also have a posing room as well. The machines in this gym are fantastic with excellent machines such as the Panata machines. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face and are ready to welcome you in the mornings. I visit the gym in the early mornings (5am) so I have no issue with parking or traffic but I know that this might be an issue for some people. If you want to progress in your fitness journey then this is the place for you.”
