“We visited today for my daughter’s birthday and Dan and his team are amazing. They were friendly and efficient, double checking all orders, and checking we were all happy. It was so lovely to feel so relaxed and to see a team that is clearly well led by Dan. I’ve always loved zizzis but this experience sets it leagues above other restaurants in Solihull. I’m sure restaurant workers get a bit bored of bringing out birthday cakes, but it didn’t show! Thank you very much!”
“Normally going to car places people know it's going to be a draining and not so fun experience. I can honestly say my mind has been changed, the gentleman at this place are Incredibly kind and professional. Would 100% recommend to anyone and ill definitely be returning when I need help with any car issues.”
“Sophie is an absolute star and always very professional. I have full confidence in her and she always does a great job with my eyebrows!”
“A wonderful and thriving coffee shop, always busy from dawn till dusk, with lots of tables there’s ale seats available though. Dog friendly which is a huge plus for me, they even do a doggie Frappuccino to keep your four legged friends tail wagging. The perfect spot to relax alone or meet up with friends. I recommend you bring an appetite as the food is delicious. And the deserts are to die for. Finally there is ample parking, just avoid school leaving time as spaces are hogged by parents collecting children from the nearby school and play school.”
“Edit: We have returned to Java Lounge Blythe Valley park today and I must say we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My coffee was beautifully made and delicious and the children loved their milkshakes. The bearded cheerful chap that made the drinks was attentive and we felt well looked after. We will be returning in future. Thank you. Original review: We have driven past it so many times on our way to and back from VA, so anticipation was building up. We finally stopped off for the first time at Blythe Valley Java Lounge to have a drink on 24/11/18 at around 4pm. First impression was great - decor is lovely, it was clean and welcoming. My children have chosen 2 milkshakes and I went for caramel nutty latte ( or something along those lines, can’t remember exact name). Kids loved their shakes, but my latte was sickening sweet, there must have been a third of a cup or more syrup there. I could not drink it. I raised the issue at the till with a person who made the drink but he said that’s just how it is, it’s caramel after all. I have had caramel lattes from most other established coffee chains including one that is a fast food and never had to leave the drink barely touched. To sum it up, even though my children loved their drinks, we will not be returning as I left very disappointed.”
“Great coffee and helpful staff. Good place for people watching.”
“I went into the store for just one thing, but Ms. Dorota was so kind and professional that I left with a backpack full of goods. Best regards. I'll come back as soon as I empty the backpack, but I have so many things in it that it definitely won't be this week.”
“I did a PCR test, the welcome was very good, and i get my results on time”
“We had fantastic service from Jordan at Kuoni who gave us so many great ideas for our honeymoon! Jordan spoke from personal experience, listened carefully to what we were after and really helped focus our thoughts. A proposal was quickly sent over to us but without any pressure to immediately book. Conversely, Jordan was only too happy to help tweak the trip based on our feedback. We would absolutely come back to visit Jordan in the future! Thanks you! (from Jess, Dan and your pal Meg the Guide Dog!)”
“I visited this cafe on the way back to my car parked in Touchwood. I hate bucket size coffees and here they serve a small size at £2.65 which is great value and perfect for those who don't need loads of liquid. The lady who runs it is lovely and very friendly. I will definitely be returning.”
