“Recently had a dilemma of being stranded in Birmingham needing to get back to Yorkshire with a Citroen DS3 with an unknown fault. Found JAC Autos and popped in to be greeted by John and his partner who swiftly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty injector that was in need of replacing. “I bought a Jaguar S-Type from Andy and Concours during COVID, and having got an itch to change it last summer, there was nowhere else I would have gone. The Audi I purchased last summer was problematic but Andy and the guys spent some time to ensure the car was perfect. Following a mechanical issue just a few weeks after I took delivery (no fault of Concours by the way, just bad luck), I decided to chop it for a Japanese import (their specialty) 2011 Jaguar XJ X351 5.0 V8, and I'm delighted. The car was prepared immaculately with nothing too much trouble. It's wonderful to come across a dealer that really cares with a team of highly skilled mechanics who are at home working on a modern as a classic. Some of the old stuff they get in for work is a sign of their reputation: Aston Martin DB4, Ferraris, Jaguars and even a slightly more humble Renault 4. A fabulous place and you won't find better!”

Quoted at a very competitive price for my mercedes e class 7 speed auto transmission rebuild, Ken has vast amount of knowledge on auto transmission, and talked with me with great passion, clearly he loves what he is doing. The car drives very smoothly now given it has done 160k miles, it's more smooth than at 50k miles. Highly recommend”

On the day I was notified about an extra procedure was required which involved extra costs, the member of your team answered and explained my questions professionally and was transparent about the price.
