The Audi I purchased last summer was problematic but Andy and the guys spent some time to ensure the car was perfect. Following a mechanical issue just a few weeks after I took delivery (no fault of Concours by the way, just bad luck), I decided to chop it for a Japanese import (their specialty) 2011 Jaguar XJ X351 5.0 V8, and I'm delighted. The car was prepared immaculately with nothing too much trouble. It's wonderful to come across a dealer that really cares with a team of highly skilled mechanics who are at home working on a modern as a classic. Some of the old stuff they get in for work is a sign of their reputation: Aston Martin DB4, Ferraris, Jaguars and even a slightly more humble Renault 4. A fabulous place and you won't find better!”

On the day I was notified about an extra procedure was required which involved extra costs, the member of your team answered and explained my questions professionally and was transparent about the price. The website was easy to use and I was able to arrange for a suitable time to have them fitted. “The large forecourt accommodates more than 14 cars , seven of which can be fuelling simultaneously. Diesel and petrol is available and the pumps have long reach hoses so it is possible to park on either side of them. Payment at the pump or at the kiosk is offered. In fact the kiosk is a small shop where snacks and drinks can be purchased. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the service is very efficient. An automatic car wash is located on the site but it is not always operating. The one-way system works well but care should be taken exiting the forecourt as there is a service road adjacent which also joins the main road. As it is a Sainsbury's garage Nectar Points can be collected.”
