“It was my first visit last Friday. The two cashiers were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. One male cashier even let me try the cheese cake before I bought it on my birthday. It was really tasty and I was looking for the similar taste cheese cake for a while since my last visit to Lanzarote in 2015. The plain waffles are the best for children and the Polish bread was really nice which were recommended by some Polish customers I met in the store. I will come back again.”
“This shop has relatively small prices and a quire large variety of products for a small village shop. What's good about the place is that it's got an ATM and a pay point.”
“Good for a local supermarket, they have Green + Blacks organic cocoa for the same price as the usual Cadbury's. Nice set of instant teas including Royal Chai (they don't have the full set though).”
“What you would expect from most Aldi stores. Good food, great value, no frills layout and customer service with 'catch your groceries' game at the end of the check out! Excellent range of beers and wines. This particular store always has a large variety and range due to its size. Extremely convenient location on Coventry Road”
“Really helpful team, the shop is like a little goldmine. Lots of professional tools too, so it's a cut above your average DIY store but not at all intimidating to amateurs like me!”
“We use this Co-op almost everyday! The staff are so friendly and the store is so well laid out for ease of shopping. It is an absolute pleasure going there! Many of us locals used this site when it was the Maypole Pub and we were sad to see it close. However! Time stands still for no man and this Co-op serves the local community far better than the old pub (apologies if any former drinkers at the Maypole are offended!) And it's far better than the Co-op a mile or so down the road that was the former Beehive pub!”
“It's the first time I've been into and purchased a few items. This food warehouse is part of the Iceland group. Looking through the shop it has many bargains for the large family budget but the small family or single couples it can be rather expensive”
“Good Shop this, nice Staff though they don't look Polish. Still good quality food. The bloke who serves on the counter looks a bit shifty. I guess am not the only one who thinks he's not polish...”
“Great staff that are always at hand to help.”
“This grocery store has become my favourite place to shop. The staff greet customers with a smile, the aisles are tidy, and the quality of fresh produce is consistently impressive. Prices are fair and the selection is excellent. A reliable and pleasant shopping experience every time!”
“Poppped in to get some chilli sauce and was helped by a friendly man. Shop is nice and clean. Well stocked and fairly priced. Also take card payment's which is very handy. Will definitely shop regularly.”
“Strange to see people complaining here about mistakes the surgery or Head Office have made. It isn't their fault when medicine isn't delivered or prescriptions are wrong, what are they supposed to do? Always found them friendly, helpful and willing to suggest alternatives.”
“I have shopped here many times over the years. You can buy frozen food at a cheaper price when you're buying in bulk. Great selection of food produce for those people who requires a low carb diet without paying extortionate prices.”
“Been to three clubs in the three months I've been in Birmingham and this shop has a better speaker system than all of them”
“I havent been to a Tesco cafe in ages so great to see how its modernised. Theres modern decor and a relaxed environment. Great for families and space for accessible seating. I love their new menu lots of veggie options and optional extras like hasbrowns. The service was great we were served by Stella who was warm and welcoming. Food came quickly and a good portion size.”

“I love the fact that this spar is open 24/7 and every staff member has always been very welcoming and helpful. However, Laura is always the one person who makes my day and brings a smile to my face whenever she is on shift. She’s always laughing and is just so friendly!”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station. I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation. A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET! As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is. It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”
“Yes I would highly recommend that you try 10/10 very friendly staff”
