“Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. So a big thank you to front of house staff and "the Dentist ", So A big thankyou Ade”

I experienced them to be just so. They really took care of me! In one emergency appointment Charlie did what my own dentist could not do and even after waiting for 12 hours at the hospital previously and, in the end had no solution to my dental issue. I'm impressed with Charlie Davis who after assessment got the necessary work done. I am happy to recommend Charlie and give a 5 Star rating on this review to the practice! “Was referred here for an extraction. I called on Monday and was offered a consultation appointment on Thursday at 5.45pm as there was a cancellation. I was surprised but pleased that they have such late appointments. Also, parking in their car park is free after 5 pm. The staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout. The dentist talked me through everything and answered questions about my teeth. He gave great advice and said he would write to my dentist with recommendations. I got another cancellation and was able to book my extraction for 11 am, the next day. The dentist and nurse were fantastic again, explaining and talking me through everything they did. The extraction was straightforward and didn't take long. The nurse then talked me through the aftercare and answered all my questions. I can not recommend the service at the dental hospital more highly. Thank you to all concerned.”
