“Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital who worked tirelessly to save my daughters life all staff were very supportive, helpful and knowledgable and I felt very supported and cared about while my baby girl went through three major open heart operations and was very sick in intensive care for multiple other conditions for other major organs and was in hospital for 4 and a half months. The cardiac surgeons, doctors and specialist cardiac nurses were all absolutely amazing especially when my baby needed emergency surgeries. All teams I had support from were outstanding and caring and kind during a very stressful and emotional time. Thank you with all my heart for all of your hard work and support which is ongoing and will be throughout my daughter's childhood. I will never forget how loved and welcome you made us feel and genuinely cared so much and put every effort into helping my baby girl. Thank you so much.”

“Had my son here and honestly.. considering it was my first child, i cant complain because everything went well for me. The midwives were able to pick up that something was wrong with my sons growth which led to me being induced and then an emergency c-section. My midwife was so kind and gentle with me and was there from beginning to end when i was let go the next day. When i was rolled into theatre all of the surgeons greeted me and put me at ease, they even spoke to me during my csection, i even forgot what was going on because i was so distracted. Thank you to those surgeons and my midwife”

“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). Des spent time explaining how to use the new system to my dad. He left the house in a clean and tidy state. My father was very pleased with the finished product and finds it easy to use. I have been incredibly impressed with Peacock Heating from start to finish. Des is a total professional and clearly knows what he's doing! I loved that he sent a message and a link to track him on the day of the fitting so we would know exactly when he would arrive.This message came with his picture so that my father would be able to safely let him into the property. These little touches show how thoughtful and understanding Des is. I would (and will be) recommend him to anyone. He is excellent!!”
