She actually listened when I said I didn’t want much off the length and the rest of the cut and finish was lovely too, the curls have held into the next evening and have had multiple compliments on my new hair. “Portia and her team gave me such a warm welcome to the salon, which is beautifully and professionally appointed. I’d already had a consultation with Portia ahead of my first appointment (well worth doing), but she still took the time to ask me about my hair - how it reacted to colour and how I took care of it. She is an incredibly talented hairdresser. My colour and cut was perfect, with friends and family still commenting on how good it looks a week on from my appointment. I was even able to give myself a manicure as every station has a ‘paint while you wait’ kit. Just fab! Would 100% recommend.”

“I was so scared and worried before committing to this salon, as I haven’t been to a salon in around 10 years (I have a hairdresser sister) but I’ve never felt more welcome. From the get go all communications were always quick, reliable and friendly. I managed to get an appointment with Leanne after a cancellation. We organised a quick patch test and consultation where we spoke about what I wanted, followed by a patch test behind my ear and a quote for how much it would all cost. This literally only took about 10 minutes. I felt so welcomed as soon as i entered the doors. On the day of my hair, we revisited our conversation at the patch test making sure there was no miscommunication about what I wanted. Leanne was so friendly, constantly asking if I was comfortable and needed anything. I’m so pleased with the final results and would highly recommend this salon. The products they used are so high quality and left my hair feeling so amazing that I bought exactly what they used!! Also I started my laser with them over 6 months ago an I am 95% hair free with 6 sessions and the prices are very good. You won’t be disappointed”

Had a Luxury Pedicure which was very well deserved, soaked my feet In the hot bubble tub, in salted water, exfoliating, cleaned up and painted gel polish, Aria was so Pleasant and did my feet so Beautifully. I then had a gel Pedicure from the Owner, who was so friendly, kind and made me feel so welcome. Needs are very well tended to, even if your unsatisfied with the results, they will go out of their way to ensure you are left as satisfied as possible. In my case they organised a follow up appointment just to get feedback and better understand what I would have liked. While the perm itself that I originally got was tighter than I had imagined due to my hair type and length, it has definitely grown on me a lot. They take lots of time and care too, overall top professionals!”

I went into the shop hoping that Aslan would fix my hair after a bad haircut I had (elsewhere) He fixed my hair and beard line-up free of charge and spent a lot of time on making sure I looked my best! “My husband is a real alternative person with an individual style. He had googled 'best hair dressers in Sutton Coldfield' and The Hair Club came up, we had just moved to nearby too. We read the information about the salon and decided it was ideal for his needs. We popped in to have a chat and booked an appointment with Jo. His hair was long and needed a restyle, he wanted suggestions on what style would suit him. They chatted and discussed what he wanted and together came up with a style that met his needs. The staff are all very friendly and were excited to see the new cut. He went with wash, cut and blow dry. He is absolutely delighted with his new style”

“I was nervous about getting laser done, as it was my first time, but Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions, as well as telling me all of the things I needed to be aware of. She was very truthful in terms of results and in explaining the tiny possibility of side effects; she didn’t try to make it all seem like a walk in the park, which I really appreciated. Jessica was so easy to talk to and as a result, the time flew by - I was there for a few hours and she made it seem like minutes! Once my session was over, Jessica booked me in for my next session right away as she said consistency was key - I can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to get the most out of the services they pay for. I went for the full body package, which included the face and neck - I’ve had my first session, which was great and I look forward to my laser journey with Jessica.
