“Most courteous Audi repair specialists I have met. I was referred to Dave and can understand why. Straight talking, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! Make sure you call up first because it's a small outfit and they are quite busy. Located in the beautiful rural area of Alvechurch, you could drive past easily, but I found the locals very helpful when I was 'lost'! Shop was only a minute away when a helpful local who was jogging gave me directions. Workshop reminded me of my childhood in the seventies.... it was a nice throw-back! “John is a top bloke. Can have many chats about vans, motorbikes and rock music festivals whilst he’ll work on your vehicle if you’re keen to hang about and he’ll even explain and show you what he’s doing and point stuff out before it goes wrong too. His friendly wife will always offer a drink and a chat if she’s not too busy with the paperwork too, which is a bonus. Just a real shame he doesn’t work on vw t5 2.5 engines. He’ll gladly service and MOT them or do things like track rod end and anti roll bar links etc though.”

“My car had started to judder and been doing so on and off for a week or so but I had ignored the warning believing it was in need of a service. The judder got worse to the point where I was concerned and the car had been sold. I rang Amo at Netherton Automotive Services Limited and informed him about the problem, I was asked to drive over to his garage so he could look more closely at the car. By the time I pulled up on the garage forecourt two warning lights had appeared, one an engine icon and the other was EPC orange warning light. Amo came over to the car plugged his machine/computer into the car, diagnosing the issue, he informed me there was a problem with the ignition coils. Immediately he got onto his mobile phone and ordered two new ignition coils, around an hour later they arrived and fitted into my car by Amo. I did a test drive and the car was back to its normal working order. I was extremely impressed with the speed and service I received as I was seen immediately helped and my car put right. If I had called Seat Dealership or VW Dealership I would have been given an appointment weeks in advance. My car had been repaired and working correctly, allowing me to go ahead with the sale of the car on the same day. So I would definitely recommend this Garage for support with your car.”

“Had My Jaguar XE done today with Tristan. i called late on Saturday as i was surprised to see their office open until 9 on the off chance that they could fit me in next week but was very pleasantly surprised when i was told they could fit me in the next day on a Sunday. so i popped over this morning to Tristan's Home address and while he remapped the car i asked lots of questions about the other vehicles they have done etc. all in all, lovely guy, very knowledgeable, i have had other remaps done in the past and when asking questions about the process or what i might or might not see with performance etc the garages have no idea. where as Tristan answered every question straight off, you can tell there is some good experience behind him.
