Having already had two local television engineers to our t.v. within the last week resulting in no improvement, I asked if Richard was going to be our knight in shining armour. What a difference. Knowledgeable, identified the problem straight away, fitted a new dish swiftly, re-tuned t.v. completely and we now have a fully workable t v., Including Humax box, which we were told by previous person was unworkable. They reviewed the repair and repaired it properly and although I’ve yet to drive the car for a period of time to ensure that all is now well what I will say that Jo ( receptionist) has been golden throughout, very professional and empathetic an absolute credit to the centre. Tony who took my car and returned it was absolutely wonderful. Again very professional and thorough and just seemed like a really nice man. “Had My Jaguar XE done today with Tristan. i called late on Saturday as i was surprised to see their office open until 9 on the off chance that they could fit me in next week but was very pleasantly surprised when i was told they could fit me in the next day on a Sunday. so i popped over this morning to Tristan's Home address and while he remapped the car i asked lots of questions about the other vehicles they have done etc. all in all, lovely guy, very knowledgeable, i have had other remaps done in the past and when asking questions about the process or what i might or might not see with performance etc the garages have no idea. where as Tristan answered every question straight off, you can tell there is some good experience behind him. “I took my Fiat to Matt in March 2023 to mend damage on my alloy wheel, a long scratch on the paintwork, and to repaint the plastic under the windscreen wipers which had gone white. He did a cracking job on everything, particularly the plastic under the wipers. He painted the plastic a nice matt colour, to match all the other plastic on the car. Excellent! I was very impressed. Matt is a thoroughly nice chap and he has done respray job for me on my previous car. I will recommend this business 100%.”
