“We arrived at the show room. Met by Sonia, she offered us help in looking round, initially we declined this offer. After browsing we decided on our options, we asked for Sonia's assistance. She was extremely helpful, and went away to contemplate our options. After deciding what we wanted, we rang back and once again Sonia was extremely helpful, sorted every thing out, including the additional requirements for scatter cushions. Emails, post, arrived on time etc. Very efficient, and excellent customer service..”

“We've just been through lockdown having agreed our new kitchen project with C+B in February, even so, we had communication throughout from project manager Ian and finally when safe, they started eight weeks ago. A few little issues with supplies but all resolved, and the quality of the fit and finish is utterly superb. Nick Millar is a superstar, his rendered images are almost spot on to the finished product. We couldn't be happier and the transformation has been amazing. A very big thank you to all the trades and especially to the fitter Rob, who is an artist!!”

“Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. “Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”

“Got an amazing kitchen. Everything was straightforward, they reply immediately to any queries. We were helped by Andreea, absolutely lovely and great knowledge and experience. The fitter Andy, did an amazing job and again replied to queries after hours to help us dealing with an external (and pretty terrible) worktop company. They are not the cheapest but we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Going back I'd definetely get the worktop from them too as they would sort everything start to finish is a much smoother way.”

“After visiting Earlswood garden centre and being underwhelmed I went onto to Ambleside. Found the plant I wanted AND a great selection of sale plants in good order. Could hardly carry them all. Then a pot of tea and a scone served promptly with a smile - so much better than the visit to the cafe in other garden centre. Highly recommended.”

“My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden. The workmanship was first class and exactly to our brief and instruction. “Stuart fitted a loft hatch & ladders for us & we were very happy with the end result. Stuart is very polite, listens to your requirements & makes practical suggestions. His work was to a very high standard & we now have easy access to some much needed additional space in our loft. We have previously used Westwood Furniture to make innovative use of an old airing cupboard. He was able to convert this from being an outward facing storage room on our landing to a brilliant slide door cupboard in the parallel bedroom. This bedroom was a box room so the additional space was again very much appreciated & useful as was the design. On both occasions Stuart has been fully open to suggestion & gives you options so you can consider the best way forward. He is an extremely honest individual & I would not hesitate to use him on our next project, whatever that may be!”
