“Fantastic nursery my son join nursery two year ago.I had bad experience with previous nursery.I was so worried about him but smart kids got great management excellent staff there support get him settle give him time now my son love nursery & he likes teacher.after I see nursery environment they so loving & caring.I decided to start my one year old daughter nursery & go back to work.again Saiqa Shukiryah & Fatima help me get settled my little one & they been so kind flexible for me as working mum I’m really grateful for everything.”

“Our son has started at blossoms when he was 9 months, since starting here the staff have been amazing, as 1st time parents I think it's natural to be sceptical & worried about your child going to nursery, however blossoms have made the process so easy, they are so friendly & accommodating, that we have no worries or concerns about him attending nursery. We get live updates throughout the day through an app so we know what he's been eating etc, they also make sure to post what activities the children have been doing in the day & provide pictures which is lovely to see. My nephew also attends blossoms & he's type 1 diabetic & they have been brilliant with him learning how his insulin pump works & learning how much insulin he needs etc. Would also like to do a shout out to Lauren who has been amazing since he's started nursery, everytime we pick him up she always goes out of her way to give us a full update of what he's been doing throughout the day which is always much appreciated & you can tell how much she cares for our boy which is lovely to see. “Moonstone erdington my Baby has attended from 7 months is now 2 years old. She has thrived. They have assisted with potty training assisted when necessary listened if I do have concerns. Most my little lady loves the staff and the nursery and playtime. Highly recommended.”

“I can’t recommend this nursery enough. The staff genuinely care for the children in their care and make them feel at home from the very start of their nursery journey. They provide delicious healthy meals for the children and they listen to any feedback or requests you make. My daughter has learnt a lot at this nursery and the small homely setting was perfect for her. The nursery also provide daily feedback on how your child’s day has been and they also promote diversity by teaching the children about all cultural events throughout the year.”

“Lovely experience. My LO started in 2022, she settled well and really formed a bond with the staff members. She always commented on them being kind and helpful. Special mention to Shazmin, she is brilliant with the pre-scholars and has a very calming nature. Also a mention to Rio. She was brilliant when settling my LO. It truly is a blessing when you have confidence in the staff members to treat the children with respect and kindness. The new manager has made brilliant changes, she is kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend Tower Hill to others!”

“Our daughter attended this nursery (previously Edgbaston Kindergarten) for three very happy years. She flourished here and made so many friends. The staff are always kind and helpful and taught her so much. Our daughter is due to start school in September and she is so well prepared thanks to this nursery. We’ll all really miss it!”

“If I could keep my daughter here forever I would! She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at mila moos, she has learnt so much and become such a social butterfly. As a first time mom I was so skeptical about sending my first to nursery but I honestly wish she had joined sooner! She absolutely loves it here, if it were up to her she would spend everyday at nursey, she has everybody running after her at home time because she’s not ready to leave! The nursery has a lovely, warm and inviting culture, which was something really important to me when I was choosing a nursery. You can really see how great all the staff are with the children. Emma and the rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful I am so pleased to have found this gem of a nursery. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start my daughters journey into education, I feel incredibly lucky to have found mila moos my child has flourished more than I could’ve ever imagined, so sad to have her leave this year but so excited for my other children to join and thrive as she did.”

“I highly recommend Fazeley Footsteps Nursery to everyone, what has really stood out for me is how much each staff member cares about your child! From the key workers, to the room seniors and even to the managers. It feels like it's not just a job to them and they really care, about your child's wellbeing and their development which were really important to me. My child has absolutely flourished here and has gone from strength to strength, he's learned social skills, here, he's learned to crawl, learned to eat by himself, learned motor skills such as building towers on his own, learned words here and even learned how to walk which I feel the Nursery & the staff have all aided in this and I feel his nursery experience has really helped him bloom. My child ended up going to nursery earlier than planned being 8 months old, I honestly felt sick of the thought of not being with him but the staff made me feel so comfortable and explained everything! Very happy and definitely recommend!”

“My son has been attending 6 months now and has also experienced a room transition. So far, I cannot fault anyone. From the management staff who are always very accommodating, the baby room who helped to get him so settled so quickly onto his next level room where every member is playing such a key part in building his confidence. Before this he had never left my side now he runs in, tells me to put his stuff away and waves me off. Staff keep communication open at all times and ask and respond to parent input to make the kids day as enjoyable as possible. Even coming through the door in the morning you may be greeted by a staff member who isn't in that child's room but they still know his name and greet him good morning! The outdoor play is also one of the biggest deciding factors as my son loves to be outdoors and they make an effort to have the kids experience the outdoors in various elements. Would highly recommend based on our experience”
