“Didn't make a reservation so we sat at the bar but still ordered like normal. Whilst waiting for food we ate from the unlimited salad bar with plenty of options. The food was delicious and filling. For the pudding we had a kid portion of Belgian chocolate brownie which was nice and rich, better if it had a small portion of ice-cream. The brownie took a while to come out even though we asked twice. Overall delicious food and would come here again.”

“We ordered 3 different pizzas and everyone was perfect, real ham, not turkey ham, large fresh mushrooms, crispy red onion, tasty pepperoni, with absolutely lots of toppings, right to the edge of the pizza. First time I've even eaten the crusts. Chilli cheese bites were to die for. The delivery guy was happy,polite and friendly. Will be definitely ordering from here again.”

The owners are fabulous as well so full of life and personality! Really making you feel at home and well looked after whilst you're there. “We’ve had coffee & cakes at this places a few times now as we’ve walked the dogs. They’ve had a nice seating area built outside in recent years. The coffee is always good. Glad it’s on our doorstep. The owner does seem to really care which is refreshing to see.”

“Been using the Chinnar for the best part of 20 years, so have all my family, I have never once had a bad meal either eating in or takeaway, everyone I have ever taken there has loved it! Owner is lovely will do anything for you so will the staff, I have been to hundreds of Indian restaurants and we still have never found anywhere that matches their sheek kebabs! The chicken tikka is the best iv had, most place its little red tint bits of chicken the chinnar do it properly! I do agree with takeaways when spending a bit we should get free popadoms, but honestly the naans, the curries, the mint sauce and deffo the sheek kebabs are some of the best iv ever had and this is not a fake review like some suggest, I honestly love it there and we go there at least 2 Thursdays a month”

Advising us on veggie options and taking seriously our nut allergy dining options. The paneer was sublime in our balti and the stuffed pepper and onion bhaji starters were delicious. Our new local - where we were welcomed like old friends.”

“Was in real need of a fry up as it's been a while, daughter mentioned the grill so we popped in for food, service was great and staff so welcoming, we ordered and got 10% discount for some reason, food is reasonably priced anyway so bargain. Food arrived reasonably quick, the food was piping hot and lovely, just what I needed, great tasting food at good prices and lovely staff, we will return. They also do Turkish food for those that want it.”

“Great location and situated close to a main road, so easy to get to - no matter your form of transport. Has a small and convenient car park which holds three cars, which is plenty - if you're popping by for breakfast/lunch to go. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced, especially considering the great portion sizes. I had a bacon, egg and sausage sandwich with two hash browns. Absolutely lovely, it was freshly cooked/made to order in no time at all! My only constructive criticism is that it's cash only, which is a shame in this day and age with card/phone/NFC payments. However, there is a cashpoint just over the road at Tesco - so paying cash is not inconvenient in the slightest. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Always make a bright start to the day. I go here once a week to support such a wonderful local business.”
