“This is my regular GP. I haven't ever had any issues with these and I've been registered for 2 - 3 years now. They helped me quickly with my mental health when it was at its lowest and years later I still receive that support. Outside of this, accessing appointments and GP communication isn't terrible. Booking appointments is purely online (not NHS app or morning in-person appointments). This can be frustrating but I did hear a receptionist walking another person through it over the phone and completing the booking. I filled the form back and got a call the same day around 4/5hrs later. I would like to send a special thank you to Shahida, she's amazing!!”
