“Not long moved to this surgery. I love their booking system and their reception staff are soooo friendly. Never had a better surgery. Always quick to return requests and their new booking system is in my opinion a much better way of organising appointments for a doctors surgery as people get seen according to urgency and I’ve never had issues getting appointments for myself and children.”

“They have all been amazing the drs are great and very helpful and actually listen. I understand the complaints about a receptionist that works there but there is a big workload put on her and i can understand sometimes why she is stressed and short tempered but as a front of house member of staff she needs to learn to hide it and not tutt and make sarcastic facial and hand expressions when people are stood at the reception while she's on the phone. just go and shout it out the back door rather than be rude to clients on the phine and at the desk. Shes helpful but very short with people and not friendly even when you are super polite. This shouldn't detract from the good work the drs and other staff do though. I was reluctant to join this practice when i read all the reviews and because of the location but im so glad i did because they are really getting stuff done for me and i am a very complex case that just made my previous drs have a melt and down and just tell me he just didn't know what to do with me. So give them a try it wj be worth it for the treatment you get”

“This hotel is simply brilliant. I have now stayed here FOUR times in my life. My only complaint is that it is in Birmingham. However, this is outweighed by the many fantastic fortunes associated with staying here. The service is extremely exciting, with reception members often unexpectedly dropping into my room at late hours of the night when all lights are turned off - a fun and lighthearted surprise! I heard them reorganising my possessions and felt one worker checking my pulse while I slept, which was very reassuring to know my safety is a priority. Another safety measure met here is ensuring all visitors are vaccinated - at approximately 10pm I received a surprise vaccination at the bar, however I do not know what illness it was protecting me from as I quickly fell asleep; however, staff still kindly escorted me to my room and helped me undress for bed. Overall a brilliant experience - I am highly satisfied with the care and support offered by staff. At this hotel, I feel truly loved.”
