“I have been going to Julie for over 2 years now with my 2 cavachons. I had previously visited a large well known salon in Redditch and my eldest dog used to be petrified and wee herself before going in due to being put in cages and the busyness of the salon. This is why I went to Julie who does only 1to1. Now whenever we walk past the salon daisy pulls me up to the door even on days when we are not booked in. Julie has always been 100% reliable and communicated brilliantly on all occasions. Upon drop off she always confirms collection times, even after all these years she still confirms. The below accusation implying Julie may have caused the dog to be destressed is so far from what my experiences are and knowing Julie for these years is far from who she is. She is calm and caring with both of my dogs. Even when I went on holiday she told me to give her business card to my dog sitter saying if there were any questions or issues to call her as she knows the dogs. Julie goes above and beyond and my dogs absolutely love her. I would never and shall never go anywhere else again. My dogs are happy and safe with here and come out looking and smelling amazing!”

“Thanks Luke excellent work today I found him to be really friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Found Luke on eBay having contacted him he sent me his number to give him a call where he explained the whole story how he had managed to secure new headlight units directly from the manufacturer something Vauxhall can't do. During the call he explained why he needed a deposit I was a bit apprehensive at first but decided to trust him so glad I did otherwise my car would of gone to the scrapyard for the sake of a headlight. I arrived at his unit @ 10am and was on my way home new headlight fitted and fully set up and tested in an hour. His knowledge on Vauxhall's was really good and he explained everything has he was carrying out the work and refitted my bumper correctly as it had been incorrectly fitted when I had some work done a couple of years ago. Would definitely recommend Luke and if I need anything else that Vauxhall can't get hold of first port of call would be Luke as he'll probably be able to source parts or knows where to get work done. “Went today for a tooth extraction, had the best experience ever .Michelle put me at ease as I was extremely nervous, as the last time I’d had extractions it was my wisdoms at the Alex and that wasn’t a good experience. I didn’t even feel the local anaesthetic being injected , it was all over in minutes . Then later on she gave my daughter her check up and my daughter has special needs and is very frightened of the chair but again Michelle was very comforting and made it a good experience for my daughter .
