I have never been able to find someone who has made me feel at ease and have always avoided having my hair cut at all costs. However Peter took the time to listen to me and explain what he was doing throughout the process. He had the patience of a saint for my first appointment and have been back for my second. βJust wanted to leave a raving review for the company and Kacey. I came in today for a wash, cut and dry and I couldn't have had a better experience. The salon was amazing, all the areas were clean and the natural lighting of the building windows give the area such a great atmosphere. There is plenty of seating to wait if needed, and a very large (and yummy) selection of hot drinks to choose from. When I was getting my hair washed, I was pleasantly surprised to find the chairs at the wash stations had a massage option! While I was at the chair getting dried and cut, Kacey was very lovely and consulted with what i wanted very thoroughly. She made sure I was happy before moving on at every step. The entire experience from the moment i walked in to the moment i left was just amazing. Kacey was very thorough, professional and kind all the way through. And she did a very good job at cutting my hair as i requested.β
