“Rang Morrisons Bromsgrove prior to popping over to enquire about a product. Stock availability was confirmed so I popped over to their store. I went to the customer service desk and was helped by a fantastic member of staff called Jenny...she spent 20 mins with me sorting out the suitcase size I wanted by going through a few boxes and we finally found the one I wanted. Her professionalism was exceptional, her manner & customer service skills were exemplary. I would like to thank Jenny for taking the time & having the patience with me this morning helping secure my purchase. She is a credit to the Bromsgrove store and an exceptional customer service operative. 10/10”

“On Sunday 18th August I had to attend Parkside for 2 skin biopsies. I had a headache all morning and after the first biopsy my headache kicked in full force. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and helped my partner look after me. She gave me painkillers, a pillow to lie down with and offered a blanket to. If it was for this angel of a woman I don't think I would've made it to the 2nd biopsy. Can't thank the lovely staff here enough.”
