“Since the vbs system has been put i never have a problem going here it's a quick turn around to get a box lifted and a box on sometimes it only takes minutes and you are out the gates. It's made my job alot easier. The staff on the intercoms are very helpful too just incase your box has failed to deck.”

“I have today had a delivery from Wickes using City Sprint as their delivery company. This was for 30 packs of laminate flooring, the agent when informed we had no back access to our property hand carried all of them to the front of the property to ensure delivery was completed, he did not moan or grumble and remained polite and courteous the entire time. It was sad that he had not been supplied the necessary equipment by his company to make this easier for him and as a disabled customer I could offer little to no assistance. It is people like this that the company should be using as an example for others to follow. A lovely man. All round excellent service.”
