“Lovely food, atmosphere and staff! The menu has a good selection of normal foods - nothing too fancy, accessible to most - and at a good price. Lovely coffee and soft drinks. I had a ham and chicken ciabatta with salad and my mom had a ploughman's which was delicious too. Have never been here before but would definitely make it a regular place to visit. Also dog friendly! “Me and my husband took my mom and his aunty here for an afternoon tea. Tables were clean, lovely decor, and we all very much enjoyed our food. The staff called me ahead of time and to go through the sandwich choices, there was plenty of tea given, food selection of cakes too. Would definitely visit again ☺️”

“A decent sized field with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. Good parking and there's a farm shop on site where you can pick up fresh milk and other local products. The field gets quite muddy when wet so I recommend wearing wellies. A great place if, like me, you've got a reactive dog who can't normally run off the lead. Hourly time slots are bookable and it's particularly good value if you're bringing 2 or 3 dogs.”

“We took some friends here as we had been previously and had an amazing experience and time, so thought we would share with some more friends who travelled from Stoke on Trent. We were all absolutely delighted and the staff team delivered outstanding customer service, we were met and greeted by Leah and Natasha who are lovely ladies and what great senses of humour! Guy, Harry and the Chef Jay and Ahmed took exceptional care of the 6 of us. The menu has an excellent array of choices and we had deep fried onion rings and cheesy garlic bread the best we’ve ever tasted. The Bacon chop, cottage pie and chicken parmigiana were quite simply delicious and excellent value for money and we all tried something different and we all agreed it was worth the journey from Stoke on Trent. One of our group bought some chocolates as we were leaving but they were gone by the time we arrived home! Thanks to Guy and the team who made our visit perfect nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! We shall definitely be back! An outstanding customer service experience in such an iconic setting we shall definitely return!”
