“This review is purely for Ash the manager not for USC or the business. had trouble at the till and I couldn’t get my order so left without my top but the money still left my account came back and spoke to ash without any hesitation he got on the phone to customer service was told I’d get money back same day still didn’t go in week later visited again he got on the phone again and still didn’t go in for another week. Ash responded to me out of work hours and did all he could for me. Money is in now but left me with uncertainty in future transactions with USC should not of gone of that far. Last words can’t thank Ash enough.”

Liam was really helpful with my confused combination of metric and imperial measurements and worked out what I needed. Nick in the yard was also very helpful and friendly. Got home today to find that the lorry driver had not only left the joists on our drive (which is awkward to access in the first place) but had also put them neatly to the side so that we could still get the car in. Thanks guys, tremendous service.”

“I rang as soon as they opened (5pm) and requested a delivery for 7pm. 7.45 came and no sign of the delivery, setting off now the girl said, 8.15 still no delivery so I rang again to be told they were setting off in 5 minutes, at that point I said to cancel the order as it was too late. There was a knock at the door and there was our order. I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. They had my number and if they had rung and apologised and explained the driver was running late it wouldn’t have been so bad, it’s the fact they lied and said the driver had set off etc. I am not sure I would risk ordering again because it took way long to come.”
