“I visited last night with my family and was really impressed with the food and service. My mum is currently on crutches and the staff couldn’t have been more considerate, ensuring she had easy access to our table and was comfy throughout the meal. The waiter even asked which leg was injured so he could ensure she was sat comfortably. Before we even had to ask, he made sure she had a clear exit route when we were leaving as the restaurant had got busy at this point. Fabulous service and really made her feel welcome, thank you ♥️”

This place was packed on a Thursday night, and I can see why. £12.95 for a two course meal is fantastic, served with a choice of good value extras, and cool Peronni on draught. “I have a pet cockatiel and she suddenly became really poorly after 2 weeks of getting her. There are no avian vets local to me and I wasn't able to travel far, so a friend recommended this place to me. I went on Monday and discussed to the man all the symptoms the bird was showing. He listened to everything and gave me advice and also gave me some antibiotic for the cockatiel. She is now much healthier again and flying around like normal. They have great customer service and are such lovely people.”

“We had dinner here before going to see the Lion King at The Alhambra. The food was delicious, we had a cold mixed started and a sharing mixed platter followed by some tea afterwards. All of the food was really tasty, I nearly asked for some more bread for the starter, but was glad I didn’t as I wouldn’t have been able to eat as much of the main then! The meat was tender and succulent! Yum.”

“Definitely would recommend Primo, I love the fact that the menu is simple so it’s easy to choose. The atmosphere is as peaceful even when the tables are close you couldn’t hear others conversations. The service was great no complaints and the lady serving us was lovely and very friendly. Starters were tasty, when for pizza and I was stuffed after 3 slices was gutted that there was no tiramisu left so had the brownie which was out of this world would have liked more cream though but apart from that it was great and I would definitely return”

Despite the row-of-shops location, the restaurant is decorated in a pleasant style. Service is attentive, without being intrusive and the food is of excellent quality, while being priced more than fairly. This was easily one of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time and I'll be coming back here next time I'm in the area.”

“Visit here with a party of 7 for a friends birthday on a Saturday evening. Was very impressed with the seating and lovely dining atmosphere on the terrace. Plenty of choice on the menu, something for everyone. Staff was very friendly, food took about an hour which was slightly on the longer side but as a party of 7 and Saturday evening can’t complain! Food was exceptional!! Pictured is the carbonara and one of the seafood pastas which were both truly excellent!!! Pasta ordered was the “large” size, truthfully this wasn’t huge and probably just a regular sized portion so would advise against the small portion unless ordering starters and/or sides aswell. Also had a few cocktails and wine. Really enjoyed our evening, staff was warm and friendly. Will definitely be back to try more off the menu !”

“Always have a great meal at Da Sandro. The last time we went there were a few delays from waiting staff and we were told the drink was coke zero (we checked twice) only to be told by someone else that they didn't stock that. However didn't take away from the pleasure of our meal.”
