“My husband and I love this shop. The system of browsing through the catalogues works as well, as it did when Argos had the same system, but a lot better. The staff are always helpful and courteous and it's a wonderful bonus to have a car park nearby too. What we particularly love about Screwfix is that unlike B&Q, the staff are readily at hand and are pleasant. They are knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go the extra mile. The times we have to visit B&Q, fills us with dread because we know we are likely to not be able to find the correct aisle, or the right person to direct us to the right place. Of course B&Q sell a larger variety of products, but Screwfix's product range is also quite extensive and serves our needs. If like us, you are fed up with the poor service at B&Q and are not after gardening products, then you may be pleasantly surprised that Screwfix is a handy alternative, if not a fantastic one. But please don't take our parking space.”

“We firstly had a media wall done by wharfdale interiors and they delivered exactly what they said they would, we are over the moon with the end result and the service provided by them, we then had all our bedrooms fitted with new wardrobes. Our existing wardrobes were originally put in when the house was built over 20 years ago and were very basic designs internally and externally. We now have amazing wardrobes that do so much more. Following week I had a envelope brought to my door by the delivery guy from f/c refunding £100. Further more i mentioned a slight flaw with one of the chair's which was replaced within 2 week's. I was a bit nervous about taking my boy for his first grooming session but she is obviously extremely well thought of - and for good reason. Debbie was very welcoming as soon as we arrived and I felt at ease immediately. After some initial excitement when we first arrived and my dog sniffing every square inch of the salon, he soon settled down and he came out an hour later looking extremely handsome, fluffy and smelling absolutely amazing.
