“The hotel and staff were awesome, and the room was spotless, plus the hallway smelled amazing. But, I was bummed that the pool and gym were closed until noon, which was when I had to check out, even though I thought they'd be open. Also, the outlet in my room, 131, didn't work, and some of the furniture needs to be replaced because it's getting old.”

Many thanks to Holly and Payton for looking after us, very experienced and very knowledged , answering all questions or any enqueries very promptly. Thank you very much for everything and certainly will come back again. Anyone needs a break for couple of hours to have some good food and relaxing time around experienced staff 5his is definitely the right place. “I had to write this review as soon as we left. We only live over the road and I have to say the owner, the staff, the food and drink were beyond all expectations. We enjoyed every mouthful of our Christmas dinner and the service, the people and the atmosphere. In all the years of eating out I have never felt so welcome and had a service which surpasses theirs. I would like to thank everyone for such a pleasant and unforgettable meal. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be having our wedding reception there. The beer conaseaurs will be glad to know they keep a good pint. Merry Christmas to you all and keep up the good work!”

“James and the team were always available to help talk us through things we didn’t understand, offer advice and contacted solicitors to push the move along. They were a perfect estate agent for first time buyers, checking we had done everything, offering us suggestions of places to go for surveys and just generally helping us to know what we were supposed to be doing. We had quite a tricky journey to finding our home as 2 sales fell though due to sellers personal circumstances. James was always in contact with us, reassuring he was chasing the sellers to progress the sales and also contacted us to understand what we were looking for to help us find our home, showing us homes which weren’t even on the market yet! “We’ve left our mog here for long and short durations multiple times. About to take him there again. I truly believe that our cat gets the care he requires. I’d rather pay a little bit to know that he’s in good hands. I witnessed the occasion with the poor review and it seemed like a bit of confusion had occurred so probably sour grapes.”

“Staying here for a few weeks with the wife and dog (been 3 weeks so far) while I'm out working my wife is not so she is here all day and she actually loves it the staff are above and beyond...! excellent dog walks and several pubs which serve food within a 10 minute walk, although this is a budget hotel the room is very big and if your lucky enough to get a room on the back its surprisingly quiet...and a 2 min walk to the driving rang if golf is your thing. Dont expect anything too flash but its far better than we anticipated”
