But when I have called to make a non-emergency appointment I've been able to call later in the day, and received an appointment within a few days! The doctors and nurses I've seen have all been lovely, and I've not had to wait long to be seen. So far this is the best GP practice I've been to since moving to Yorkshire.”

“Got to say the receptionist really dont get the credit they deserve , through 12 years I was told I had depression anxiety asma crohns I had 2 years of therapy because I thought I was going crazy but when I told the receptionist about the chest pain and thought I was having a heart attack she got me an app with a doctor and turns out I had a hiatus hernia this whole time , she gave me my sanity back from thinking I was going crazy getting misdiagnosed to been sent for test confirming what i had and the main system of it was it mimics a heart attack, felt great knowing that it wasn't all in my head finally got my surgery and been pain free for 4 weeks now”

Throughout the consultation I was given great information and felt confident to have the procedure immediately. All the way through I was fully aware of what was being done and the GP was wonderful. “Exceptional Care and Compassion I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding care and compassion provided by surgery. Last month, I visited the surgery after suffering a dog bite on my right hand, which had become infected. From the initial phone call to the treatment I received, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and dedication displayed by many staff members. The two ladies in the nurse room were absolute angels! They tended to my wound with utmost care, applied a bandage, and ensured I received follow-up treatments. Their expertise and gentle approach put me at ease, making a distressing experience far more manageable. Furthermore, my interactions with the reception staff, particularly the morning shift lady on September 17, 2024, at 9 am, were exceptional. Her polite demeanor, calm listening skills, and respectful communication exemplify the highest standards of customer service. I would also like to praise the exceptional care provided by Dr. Zaidi and Dr. Moona Nasir. They consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in their patients' well-being. Their expertise and bedside manner are truly commendable. I must note that not all staff members provided the same level of service. Unfortunately, some phone interactions were disappointing, with staff members displaying poor listening skills and unprofessional communication. However, these instances were greatly overshadowed by the exceptional care provided by others. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their efforts. “I have a myriad of illness yet the Doctors will Staff are always willing to help either by appointment or on the phone.Its sometimes difficult to get an appointment over the phone because they quickly run out of time.If you need a same day appointment go down to the surgery for 8.00am.Thr receptionists will do their very best to slot you in somewhere if its at all possible.It doesn't matter who you see because all the Doctors and Nurses aew first class.”
