Young lady on the til (Abi) went out of her way to search through all on shop floor for me, then resorted to ordering on computer, and ended up buying for my new grandson too. Excellent service and Abi was a credit to your shop x”

“I like that everything is under one roof, I can gym, swim, do classes and use the steam room all for a reasonable price. Off peak is good value. I travel 2 to 3 months a year, I like that I am able to suspend my membership while I am away (for £5.00 per month). Staff are a quite young, they would benefit from a little customer care training such as acknowledging you as you leave, being more present in the gym.”
