“I like that everything is under one roof, I can gym, swim, do classes and use the steam room all for a reasonable price. Off peak is good value. I travel 2 to 3 months a year, I like that I am able to suspend my membership while I am away (for £5.00 per month). Staff are a quite young, they would benefit from a little customer care training such as acknowledging you as you leave, being more present in the gym.”

This felt good as he even went with me to where the product was looked at each rack to find me the style and size i was looking for.
