βI have always used Crossways for my dogs, over many years. They are professional, caring and informative. My most recent dog (rescue, badly abused previously) is very nervous, Imogen and Kirsten have been amazing with him, building up trust in the most caring and gentle way. Would whole heartedly recommend.β
βWe changed to this surgery recently having lost confidence in our previous vets. We've had two different appointments with our spaniel and we are so happy we made the switch. The vets are kind and informative - they give you all the facts and help you decide on what's best for your dog which is not something I've experienced before. Id really recommendβ
βI had an absolutely fantastic experience with this cattery. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with the cats' comfort and safety in mind. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the well-being of the animals in their careβ
βIβm very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and itβs sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.β
βGreat place for your beloved pets from all your essentials to grooming to vetsβ
βExcellent as always. So nice to know that my cat, Lucy, who is diabetic, is always in the best hands.β
βOne of the best vets my cats have ever been with. Such a welcoming and friendly practice, the care all the team has for animals is evident and the advice is always grounded and the treatments exceptional. Weβve moved out of the area now, and the new vets has a lot to live up to!β
βI seem to be visiting the vets way too often for my liking, I have 2 dogs and they seem to take turns not being well. As always the team are compassionate towards my pets, are thorough and are happy to spend the time diagnosing and explaining my options. Whilst not cheap (what vet is?) they try to minimise where possible the costs incurred. I love having a local vet a couple of minutes away with a 24 hr emergency also on my doorstep should the need arise (which it has more than once). For these reasons for me it is good value for peace of mind.β
βThis practice never let's our families pets down. We've used them for the last 15+ years - visiting both the Woodingdean and Lewes branches. The reception team are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The practices are immaculately clean and vet Mark Allaway is the most knowledgeable and kind veterinary surgeon that we could wish for. Would 100% recommend Cliffe vets.β
βStaff are always incredibly friendly especially in difficult situations. It's easy to park (for free). There very knowledgeable as a family we have been coming here for over 42 years. There is nothing negative to say about Grove Lodgeβ
βTook our Staffordshire Bull Terrier for a health check. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were seen on time by a veterinary nurse. A full health check was completed, very caring and thorough. She listened and put our dog at ease which made the whole process easy. Thank you.β
βFrom start to finish, my experience of Cameron and the team at Arthur Lodge was favourable. They looked after my dog impeccably, with extreme care and compassion. Cameron put me at ease outlining the procedure and after care in a way that made sense, answering my questions along the way. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the team at Arthur Lodge. Huge thanks all, esp. Cameron, Jo, Bonnie, Claire & Kerry.β
βI have no negative comments to say about this practice. Receptionists are friendly polite and understanding, All treatment advice from vets has always been the right choice. Despite being fully booked, They were able to slot in an appointment for my Shadow when he needed to be seen. Can't thank them enough for the care and understanding they have shown.β
βExcellent service every time. Our grizzly had the snip and it was seamless! Our first cat went with another vets and honestly came back horrendous so was amazing peace of mind that grizzly was his normal self. Can tell the vets love what they doβ
βMedivet was able to accommodate our time preference with a same day appointment. The Vet thanked us for the initiative that we took in treating the wound. He explained things simply & try to keep the costs lowβ
βGreat vets, very friendly and welcoming, always been great with our petsβ
βOverall a fantastic service. All the staff were extremely friendly and made a big fuss of my dog. My dog is reactive and gets stressed at the vets but the vet we saw was extremely understanding, patient and put the dog at ease. Definitely the best experience my dog has had at a vet to date. Highly recommendβ
βMy dog was there for her semi-annual check up. We were seen promptly. A very friendly and efficient vet. My dog (and me) were well looked after. It was all very fast and efficient.β
βAlways fantastic here looking after our 2 dogs Bertie and Stan. Have been to several vets over the years and these are definitely the best in my opinion. Never disappointed or let me down. Highly recommendedβ
βJust wanted to say thank you to vet Lizzie for helping me with Mog. She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. He is likely to still see Lizzie once a month for a monthly injection. Lizzie has also been brilliant helping me with my very elderly guinea pig! The whole team are very friendly and helpful.β
βLovely setting easy parking well laid out very clean receptionist are always helpful and polite first class service from vetβ
βSuch a lovely vets. I went to another vet for my terrapin and wasn't happy with their service so spent time googling and found Farthings and I'm so pleased I did. Location ideal, parking ideal, reception staff all friendly on phone, email and in personal. Vet was so nice and not judgemental. Sadly I had to say goodbye to my 20 year old terrapin. Was such a horrible day but knowing I was in a better vets helped the situation. Collected my terrapin today and again such lovely staff. It's going to take me a while to get over losing luke but knowing the vets were thinking of the best rather than money and were just so lovely compared to the other vets I went to will always be remembered. Will highly recommend to anyone I speak to. Thank you again so much for making a horrible situation a little easier for me I'll always be grateful.β
βCulverden vets in Crowborough are absolutely lovely. They have always been very kind to our cats and shown us a lot of kindness also. They treat the animals calmly and all the staff I have met seem friendly and professional. Cornford.β
βI just visited the veterinary clinic, and the staff were all very friendly. I canβt find anything to complain about. Thank you.β
βI took my parakeet Chippy today to have his nails clipped , he has had them done with Companion Care on several occasions, once again the staff were amazing and have done a great job , for a sometimes grumpy parakeet, he is sooo happy now with his manicurenow all done, many thanks nikkiβ
βI had a problem with my doh and came here. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I had to wait a little bit but when I saw the vet she was caring and put out the options clearly. The treatment was about Β£1k to remove a lump from her ear.β
βFriendly and professional staff. Helpful and knowledgable. Great servicesβ
βBrilliant team, clearly have the best interest of the animals at heart. Always looked after my cat and family pets with top standards, including life saving surgery on our elderly dog. Also- Jenny is an amazing nurse! Always so so kind and caring.β
βBeen going to Highcroft Vets for over 25 years and they have supported all my pets which has been very comforting for them and me.β
βOur dog has been having a series of problems with his rear end and these have been dealt with in a very caring way by the Vet. This has not only eased things for the dog but has also put us at ease. Bea, the vet, handles the dog as if it were her own. Cannot praise the practice high enough.β
