Our son is autistic, non verbal and Joey is compassionate, patient and understanding and goes out of his way to make sure that we all feel comfortable and is non judgemental. Which is something we often experience as parents of a children with SEN. In all honesty all of the guys at Terrace barbers make us feel welcome thank you all.”

This is by far the best hair cut out boy has had. Attention to detail, making him comfortable (he can be very fidgety) and asking him what he thinks. Allowed my child to make the payment too. Andy really listened to what I wanted, checked in along the way and she was super careful to ensure I was happy with how it was going.
