It looks great, works great and all of the PDP team were professional throughout the process, respecting my property and explaining the equipment. They also respected my wishes with regards to the positioning of the TESLA PowerWall and associated equipment. I can’t fault anything at all. As I said, not the cheapest out there but if you are adding things to your property (especially on the roof) I think it’s worth paying a little extra to get it right first time. I had the install in March and I’ve already saved thousands of pounds. So the installation will pay for itself in several years anyway.”

“Following a technical fault with my vehicle which required roadside recovery I contacted Swift via their WhatsApp account to hopefully initiate a possible diagnosis the following day. To my surprise I received an immediate response via the App and by swapping messages was able to have the vehicle recovered to the workshop ready for the following day. It was very reassuring at the time to know we had Swift in place to investigate the problem and to be able to leave the vehicle at their site overnight with a reasonable sense of security considering how late in the evening the vehicle recovered. I also received a call at 08:02 the following morning to discuss the matter in detail. The diagnostic process was complex, but ultimately a definitive fault was found and the relevant part replaced, additional work was also identified and I was happy to agree it’s completion as I like to have a well maintained/ serviced/repaired vehicle. Throughout the process, Swift communicated with me by email and phone and text, when I wanted to have a detailed discussion about the problem and resolve I was able to do so by being passed to the appropriate people in a timely manner. I was impressed by the way in which the team were keen to hear the history and scenarios whereby the fault had occurred, this was so much more reassuring than just being told that they would plug in the diagnostics and find the problem. The vehicle has been previously serviced/MOT’d by Swift and is booked again for 2026, all being well this recent repair will prove to be a success and enable me to use the vehicle with confidence. I currently feel reassured that in the unlikely event of a recurrence Swift would deal with the matter accordingly. I would definitely recommend Swift Motors.”

Got a call to confirm a date and time in minutes. On the day was kept in the know of what needs doing to get through mot. My car is 13 years old and was dreading how much it was all going to come to.
