“First time visiting today for lunch! Food was sensational, as was the service and decor. £5.70 for two bottles of Schweppes soda water for our wine was a little shock on the bill, I feel you could purchase soda siphons or a soda stream to offer this to guests at a lower price…baring in mind it is free in most establishments. Constructive, as we had a lush lunch with you regardless.”

Billy and his staff are very warm kind hearted folk as always they come out and say helllo the reception on arrival never disappoints the food is brilliant good sized portions that will full up the greediest of whats inside us all. Lovely melted cheesey garlic bread to start so Yummy 2 portions and a Lovely choice of food and deserts just add to its flavour and balance and cooked fresh what more could you ask for. “The pork pad Thai was 10/10. Also had the prawn on toast which I had never had before. It was good. The spring rolls were pretty standard. Hard to get them wrong. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is small with bar seating inside and a couple of tables outside but cozy and warm”

Ahead of the convention, Robert and I decided to spend a few days exploring the city, and that’s when we came across Pho Brighton. What a wonderful discovery!!! The food was absolutely excellent, rich in flavour, fresh, and deeply satisfying. The atmosphere felt joyful, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. “Although we didn’t have sushi, this place is a gem and a delight, it was recommended by a friend at work and I can say it’s highly recommended by me. I had udon noodles and pork with prawn rolls. Service was five star with friendly and knowledgeable staff it’s a warm and inviting atmosphere and just on the right side of cozy. I drove all the way from Croydon although I was generally in the area but would drive back there for more of the delicious udon noodles and to try some of the super looking sushi. Book up if you can the service was quick and with a smile always makes things better.”

“Amazing family run Italian restaurant!! My boyfriend and I happened to stumble across this restaurant this evening and we were extremely impressed- from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food it was 5* all the way through. We were both made very comfortable upon arrival and noticed that our lovely waiter made extra effort to make note of our names and to make sure we were all okay throughout our meal, something I have not received at a bigger restaurant chain. It really did feel like we were treated like we were members of this family! As for the service, it was very quick and the presentation of the food at mamma Mia’s is PHENOMENAL! I had a beautiful sea food risotto which I will whole heartedly say was the BEST risotto I’ve ever had. From the flavourful sauce to the fresh mussels it was perfect! My boyfriend also enjoyed his chicken pizza and commented that he has never experienced a pizza like the one at mamma Mia’s. I had the panna cotta for dessert and the food just keeps on getting better, it was so creamy and the sauce tasted amazing! I highly recommend mamma mia’s if you want an authentic, cozy and welcoming Italian restaurant. We will definitely be returning and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!! “We ordered 4 different dishes, all of which were absolutely delicious and tasted about as authentic as any Thai food I've had in the UK. The portions and price were all perfectly reasonable. The service was also attentive and polite. (The downstairs seating area did smell a bit damp and mouldy but luckily we were sitting upstairs). All in all a fantastic meal.”

“Amazing experience at Yummy Pizza Polegate! I collected a 24" Margherita pizza and it was such a fun and unique treat - I had never seen a pizza this big before! The crust was fluffy and crispy and every bite was full of flavour. The cheese was perfect making the whole pizza incredibly delicious! Even the next morning it still tasted great, even cold! The staff was also very pleasant! Big thanks for this yummy pizza! :) Highly recommend!”

“It doesn't look very promising from the outside but I was persuaded by the good reviews to give this place a try. Excellent fish and chips - I ordered huss, which was meaty and full of flavour, as it should be. Huge portion of crispy chips. I saw a sushi order being collected and that looked excellent too. A great local, family run place which I plan to return to. One warning - they don't take cards, so you either have to pay cash or arrange a bank transfer which is a bit of a hassle. .”

“First visit to this restaurant. We went for a family dinner. Turned up without reservations but we were welcomed and seated. We ordered mixed chicken sharing kebab. It was delicious and very tasty. Service is fast could be more smiley and friendly. The food was prepared quickly. It’s priced reasonably. Inside is modern, clean and interior is airy. It has a nice small outside area.”

“I took Mum out here on her Birthday and she and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was magnificent, varied menu and enticing presentation. Staff were friendly and attentive and the decor and music offered a lovely Mediterranean escape on a rainy English afternoon. Free complimentary bread and dip. I highly recommend eating out here. Quieter during the day but can be very popular at peak times so recommend booking a table prior. If you haven’t eaten here yet do it now! You won’t be disappointed.”
