“Ordered online for pick up, which was super easy - got a text to tell me pizza was ready. Pizza was absolutely delicious, great squooshy dough & really nice quality toppings. The lemon & basil dip was so good and seemed fresh, totally different from the sad warm mayo some places give you. If I was in Bedminster more I'd have a hard time not spending all my money here. Worth noting it's not the most rigid pizza (at least when it's been in a box for ten minutes) so you might want cutlery and/or napkins on hand.”

“Easy to miss from the outside, and not much to see on the inside, the whole focus of Casa is on food and service. And both are fantastic, I must say. We went for the 65GBP menu, and by then end of it where neither hungry nor disappointed. Expect plenty of food, and the dish quality was fantastic all through the meal. My favourite was probably the lion mane mushroom in panko and the sirloin, but honestly, there weren't any weak dishes.”

We had the best steaks, cooked exactly as it should and then topped up with some sushi and other snacks. Local independent bussines runned by a lovely family wich they are doing everything they can to make you feel welcomed from arival untill you leave. “This was our second Christmas stay. 3 years ago Christmas Day was pretty chaotic but overall we enjoyed our stay so much that we were quite happy to go back. The room, the service, the staff, the restaurant was excellent. Christmas Day service from Buddy The Elf (Cosmin), Alessandro (Alex) and *all* the staff in the restaurant was superb. I rarely write reviews and am accustomed to moaning about lack of service these days so feel duty bound to say a really big thank you given that we were so well looked after by everyone at The Hotel du Vin Bristol City. “I have been to this restaurant now on two occasions. I have travelled from Cardiff on both occasions and I can tell you that it is worth every mile of the journey. The food is absolutely delicious, divine and out of this world. The tastes and attention to detail with every dish are very impressive. The warmth, decor and ambience are first class. I made a suggestion to Juliana (multi-talented waitress who also takes great pics) that some bread would go well with the seafood platter and this was implemented on the second visit. The chef, Marcia, grew up in Brazil and her take on seafood dishes and Thai dishes is very unique. She has magic in her hands. I would highly recommend the seafood platter and Tom Yum dishes. Ask for spicy versions and enjoy. I would come here every week if I lived closer. Keep up the good work guys.”

“So I have been past so many times thinking s as about popping in and I’m so glad I did, the pizzas were exactly what we wanted, really nicely presented and soft drinks so can’t really comment on the full range but looks good, the man who served us was very kind allowing the dogs to sit with us and the price was very good so it’s a big thumbs up. “Fantastic food, cocktails and super friendly staff. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. As first time customers we had everything explained to us as we were seated. The staff gave us tips on how to order the food and dishes that they recommended. They were talkative and made you feel comfortable. The decore of the place is pretty and cosy, with window seats and cushions on benches. Pretty wall decorations and a bar. The food is in the traditional style of Sri Lanka. A wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options as well as a rage of different meat options. They also cater well to allergies. You get food in Tapas style dishes so would recommend getting 4 or 5 dishes to share (that would be enough for 3 or 4 people. All dishes were bursting with flavour but would recommend the lamb curry, stone pot pork and fat sister (a pumpkin and pandan leaf curry) We had a fantastic rum cocktail that involved our waiter setting the top on fire upon arrival, very impressive! Will definitely be back!”

“We are a perfectionist, hardly leave reviews, however this place absolutely deserves one! No fault to the food, simply delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful we felt we were in knightsbridge (London). What we loved most is that this place is a true Italian unlike most Italian restaurants around which are a company rather than a family business. Great design everything matched everything with excellent parking facilities right next to the restaurant. We shall definitely be retuning weekly. Thank you Ben&Sarah!”

“We had an amazing time on a Sunday night at Casa Brasil. The service was immaculate, we were greeted with great enthusiasm and that enthusiasm was kept till we walked out the door. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. Food? Everything tasted great and of course it was as fresh as you could get! I liked the part that you have unlimited tapas too, so having sweet potatoes fries and creamy mushrooms on the side was a nice touch. We will definitely be visiting again.”

“Genuine italian restaurant in central Bristol. We had focaccia as an entrance (there were several options), burro and salvia pasta, and porcini pasta. Both options of pasta were delicious, clearly fresh pasta, and complex flavors. The tiramisu was also great - they offer a “dessert of the day” and pizzas too which I’m keen to try next time!”

Whilst the size was perfect for me (on the small size) others might want something else to go with it. The porotta was perfection - crispy but flaky. Not had one like this in years. “This place is a hidden gem!! We aren’t local and had to charge our car at a petrol station half a mile away, so decided to get some dinner. We chose Soyful’s Kitchen, not knowing what to expect. The location is.. different, but once you’re through the corridor and at the door, it’s beautiful. Seeing as we had some time to kill, we decided on the 5 course tasting menu…. Oh my gosh, the food is AMAZING! It’s fine dining Indian cuisine, with lots of attention to detail with the flavours and presentation. We highly recommend this place. “Really tasty pizza, with plenty of other options - sub sandwiches etc. Had the quattro formaggio which was excellent, with several different chilli oils. Roman pizza with anchovies capers and olives also very good. House red was great and good price. Definitely will be back.”

“Would definitely recommend this place for meals if you are visiting Bath. They serve very nicely cooked meals and have a nicely decorated environment for you to enjoy your meal. Must try their signature 3x handplyed scallop, with the green sauce and lemon, fresh and nicely cooked. They offer lunch set which we can have refillable yorkshire tea with a main course. Their cod fillet is fresh and juicy, with the green paste and sauce together, just perfect. Salmon fishcake is another recommended dish if you like salmon. Different texture but still nicely cooked. Overall portion is big together with the potato. It’s a gem in Bath. We were seated on the open terrace, which can directly feel the chill in the air and direct sunlight. Mint chocolates come with the bill box is just nice as well. The waiter and waitress were very responsive and friendly from seating until leaving. Pet friendly restaurant”
