“Walked in with no idea what I needed but pain in my legs and feet. I didn't catch her name but the woman that I spoke to was extremely helpful and set about using the machine to measure how I stand and walk and talking about my history and where the pain was. 20 mins later I walked out with a pair of very reasonably priced custom moulded orthotics which have literally been the best purchase I've made this year, the effects are fantastic. My legs and feet feel better already and my back is also improving - something I didn't even attribute to my footwear. Thanks for helping me out! One thing I would say is that the men's shoes range is very limited and not what I'd describe as fashionable (for under 60s anyway).”

But I took it into the Brighton store and Sophie couldn't have been more helpful. She has a box with lots of spare parts and luckily she found some that fits albeit a diff colour rose gold instead of silver.
