Kiera always greets you with a big smile and delivers excellent customer service – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Hallam is also a pleasure to deal with – always polite, professional, and helpful, adding to the great experience. It’s the kind of place where you feel looked after and appreciated as a customer. “Ok, so we moved to lancing in 2016. Before we moved we were looking at what people said was the best Chinese in the area and Jade Garden kept coming up so we promised ourselves we’d try it. It’s now 2023 and we finally got around to trying it, as a celebration after my partner went in for surgery. We haven’t had a Chinese for over ten years and to my absolute delight Jade Garden was fantastic! The food was all hot, they didn’t forget anything, delivery was on time, every item we had was absolutely 100% perfect! We even spoke to them on the phone about delivery as we are hard to find sometimes and they were very helpful. Me and my partner both absolutely devoured that meal last night and slipped quietly into a food coma afterwards for an hour! I highly recommend Jade Garden 10/10 oh, ordering and paying for the food before they even opened was great! We will return! Thank you!”

“Just celebrated my daughter's 18th at the Prince Albert St restaurant and have to give a special shout-out to the lovely Hannah, our Server for the evening, who really went above and beyond to make our meal as enjoyable as possible. From the moment she greeted us at the door, she was all smiles, helpful manner and was happy to chat with me about tattoos!! She even arranged for one of our meals to be repackaged into take-away containers when one of our party had to leave early unexpectedly. Food was great - and even the manager (sorry didn't catch his name) popped over to have a chat with us about the footie match that night (!!) - plus of course to see how our evening was going! A really friendly atmosphere and truly great service. Recommend!”
