The team went as far as doing some extra work on my cracked wheel whist changing the tyres, free of charge, because I had a long trip ahead and no time for a refurb. “I had my old car serviced and MOT'd here, the guys were always friendly and helpful, during my service it came to light that I needed a coolant pump replacing which wasn't ideal, but I knew it was likely as I was losing coolant. The price was reasonable, and the work was carried out as fast as they could get the part. Where they really went above and beyond was 6 months later when I started to notice coolant loss again, I took the car back having had a look myself and seeing there was liquid dripping from somewhere. They called me up and told me that the head gasket was going (was something I was worried about as I had noticed excess smoke out the back but hoped it was just the time of year) rather than charge me an arm and a leg to replace the gasket or fix it temporarily for cheap they advised me to get rid of the car. Then when I went to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for the time they spent, they did me a real solid and have probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else.”
