Communication throughout the process – especially with Barry – was clear, informative, and perfectly pitched. I was so impressed by the experience that I’ve since joined the patient plan and moved my two young children over as well. They genuinely love coming in to see Jess, Nicki and Cath – there’s no fear or fuss, which says a lot about the warm, welcoming environment the team has created (and yes, the stickers help!). He listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice on the best haircut for me and even gave me a beard trim! The customer service was outstanding, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I left the barbers with a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. I've received lots of compliments, and I'm very happy with the result. This has made having a haircut a bit of an odd experience for me. Tracey has been the most professional barber I've visited to date, and I've visited tons. Not once was she intimidated by my impossible-to-maintain hair. For once, I don't feel weird going for a haircut. Can't recommend Klip Joint enough. Thank you Tracey!”

I expected the procedure to last several months, to allow for healing to take place. From the friendly and helpful Reception team, Treatment Co-Ordinator Anna to Adrian and his dental nurse Catherine, nothing was too much trouble. For every step of the way I was treated with compassion and understanding - everything was explained to me in detail including my treatment and payment plan. The day after my surgery Anna called to check how I was and was there to offer help and advice on the healing process, if needed. I felt confident that I was in safe hands throughout and would have no hesitation in recommending The Parade Dental Centre.”

“We have just had a lovely stay here for two nights. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet at night.
