โGethin has been brilliant. I was in agony with hip pain (GTPS) and within a few weeks my hips were better than ever. I recently also switched from an NHS physio to Gethin for a MCL injury and in just 2 weeks feel like Im making better progress already. The app used by the medical makes it easy to remember what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. The admin side of The Medical is also very efficient. Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.โ

โI was extremely impressed with Kwik fit Newport when I went to have the tracking and wheel balancing done on our car. Someone had told us that the tracking looked out and to get it sorted so booked in with Kwik fit Newport to get it done. The checking service was free and when they examined it they said that there was nothing wrong with the car and we didnโt need to go ahead with the repairs/work. I can guarantee that a lot of places would have charged us for something that didnโt need doing. Not Kwik Fit Newport! Thanks so much for your help and honesty.โ

Nick and his son were very friendly and took my car on a test drive straight away to find the noise it had been making. They found the problem quickly, and put it up on the ramp to double check before doing anything. They were very fairly priced and fixed the problem the same day. I will definitely be using this garage in the future and recommend others to as well.โ

โI brought my dog to Vets4Pets Newport Road after a rough experience at another vet in Cardiff. There are a few things I appreciate about this hospital: - The vets are skilled with good bedside manner, and I was impressed that they offer sonography, radiology, and orthopaedics. They also take the time to talk through your pets care with you and make sure that you understand everything. - They offer emergency services. Although my dog's case was pushed back a day, they helped another pup with an urgent surgery. I am from the States, and these cases nearly always get bumped to emergency clinics and speciality hospitals. - They respect my knowledge as a licensed vet nurse in the States. Other vets dismissed any concerns or knowledge I had of vet med. I've been in the field for 16 years, and I am a skilled nurse, so I appreciate that being recognized. - Their prices are reasonable. - Most of the staff handled it well when I was upset when my old dog's case was deferred to the following week (there may be some lingering irritation with me from some staff, but that is okay). The only issue I had was with an estimate being a little off, but that happens in vet med. They were able to fix some things to honor the price they quoted me.โ
