We all make mistakes and mistakes do happen however the way Louise treated me when things went wrong was outstanding and therefore has kept us as a customer! “I think some of the time any delay is caused by the GP surgery getting scripts signed. I have always had good service from The Pharmacy. The staff try really hard under some extreme pressures. The service is free for prescriptions in Wales. There is granted some efficiency improvements that can be made with the process e.g. staggering 2mths scripts but this is again dictated by GPs. They have had a Pandemic to deal with and I believe done it well. I am sure now things are catching up they will look at the proactive nature of the operation as opposed to the reactive mode that they have had to contend with for the last 4yrs.”
