“My 2 sons and I did the bottomless brunch. The food was delicious - some of the best currys we've ever tasted, and the naan breads weren't the usual stodgy mass, but slightly crispy and full of flavour. The bottomless drinks were premium - including draught Guinness, Cobra and Alpacalypse. We enjoyed plenty of these as well as limitless prosecco, and my eldest also had a glass of red wine. The owner is a delightfully friendly lady, who makes a point of visiting each table to have a chat with all of her patrons. It's my third visit - first bottomless brunch - and we'll certainly be back.”

“Had a breakfast take away, not the cheapest I've had but you get what you pay for and this was by far quality food, thoroughly enjoyed it. As I don't eat beans and partner don't eat tomatoes I left a note at checkout and they put a replacement I asked for which wasn't part of advertised so 10/10 for satisfaction, well done guys, definitely use them again”

“On Saturday the 19th 15 of us ordered from a campsite (local'ish) in the middle of nowhere pretty much and our order came hot, within a reasonable time and everything was correct with the order, also the delivery driver was very friendly and served us with a smile...and too top all that off, the food was delicious and the prices are incredibly good! Definitely be ordering again”

“Was in the area Skipped breakfast This place was 15 mins walk but my friend told me it’s worth it Hard to find as the place was tucked away. After following the signs I found it Guys working there are super friendly and chatty I had a chicken tikka wrap Wow Really fresh and well cooked chicken Salad was fresh too Great flavour and was all super fresh. “Found this restaurant whilst driving past with work, thought that looks ok, checked on the internet and booked for Sunday lunch. Had a lovely 3 course meal and had not 1 thing negative to say about it. When again the following but this time opted for the menu rather than Sunday lunch. Again a lovely meal and nothing negative to say. The staff are friendly and professional, and a shout out to Lilia, only been once before and she remembered us and also remembered that I asked for no peas, that to me shows her quality as I’m sure she had served 100’s of customers over the previous week.”

“Went in for drinks. It's obviously a student pub as right near the University. Didn't have food but the drinks were very cheap. Quite busy but the service was still good.”

“We booked a table for 3 adults. The table was comfortable, bight and airy. Pleasant atmosphere. All of the staff were friendly. Shane, Kane and Ryan. The meals were delicious. Considering it was Sunday and fairly busy we didn't have to wait very long for our food. 3 clean plates. Would recommend. We go on a regular basis and it's always good.”

“This was a fantastic pub for drinking, carrying the industrial history of Coventry over with its decor! This includes the photos of the motor industry's cars and the area with an old clock, counter is well-presented itself. I had a nice pint of Stowford Press, appreciating the outside seating!”

“Amazing fish and chips and one of the best battered sausages I’ve ever had. Start off with the fish, fresh Grimsby fish so soft and tender melts in your mouth with a light thin crispy batter which doesn’t stick to the paper either! Next the chips are probably the best chippy chips I’ve had on a consistent level, they burn my fingers upon first touch and the steam that’s built up inside just makes the chips almost break into mash, lovely and soft every single time! Now the battered sausages, 90% of the time have been wonderfully crisp on the outside and steaming hot on inside, very good quality proper pork chippy sausage. Lastly forgot to mention it’s probably around 20% cheaper then most high street chippies, £2 battered sausages, £5 massive huge enough to feed 7 easy large chips(around 8 scoops) and £7 for the extra large haddock or cod. Forgot to mention the very authentic chippy curry sauce made to absolute perfection 100% of the time!£1.40 for a large! This place is a little gem I’d travel 20+ miles for this everytime it’s bang on! Thanks guys - Nick”

“Fantastic place for drinks and food. Needed a new place to go for a drink after I've visited every pub and restaurants in Coventry. I drove from Cov to Rugby and I bet, I wasn't disappointed. Great setting, large space, fantastic staff, and great meal. Oh, and the streetside view is marvellous. I will be ungrateful not to mention the spacious car park they've got. I highly recommend this pub.”
