“I have been at this practice for over 20 years from the days of Mr Biryanski. A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent. Thank you Amit, a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to fill anyone with dread. It is something we all have to look forward to with compassion and understanding it can bearable if not enjoyable.”

“So I phoned up this morning first thing to get an emergancy appointment as my tooth is broke and I have swelling and a lot of pain in my jaw and explained to the receptionist what had happened and I wasnt registered with a dentist and about my extreme anxiety about dentists. She was so lovely got me registered over the phone even though you normally have to email it. Then I got there and was extremely nervous. The lady who was with my dentist ask if I was okay as I was already getting myself worked up and I nodded. Once I got into the room I broke into tears and explained what had gone on with my tooth and why I was so upset. My dentist was so kind and understanding she took things very slowly and explained everything she was doing before hand. Honestly she was so lovely to meet and put my mind at ease today ♡ thank you so much guys”

Our first cat got cancer and unfortunately we didn't have insurance for however the practice treated us with care and understanding to do everything they could to support our cat with treatments we could afford. Sadly she didn't make it despite their faultless efforts. After a few years we eventually decided to adopt again and more recently had to visit due to an illness. Again the same care and attention, this time we a cat back to full health which we're so thankful for. A special shout out to Marcin who has been our primary vet on many occasions, he's always brilliant and shows a clear care for the pets he's caring for.
