In the past 12 months I've had 4 separate health issues come up and Clifton Road surgery have been exceptional. “My wife was released from hospital six months ago after having a stoma bag fitted - but she was also released with a severe infection to her wound. During the last six months, she has had to visit the practice every other day to have the stoma bag changed and the wound dressed. She has been treated with so much care and dedication by the Health Care Assistant at Phoenix and today has been discharged with the infection now fully healed. We are so grateful for the wonderful care the Health Care Assistance has given her over the last six months, but also the Doctors, Practice Nurse and the staff on Reception and staff of her Chemycare Pharmacy have given her. I read the reviews on Google and anticipated nothing but issues with my dealings with the Surgery. However, I found the Surgery and all of the Team that I have dealt with to be nothing but courteous, helpful, professional and extremely kind. None of my requests, on behalf of my Uncle have been straightforward, yet every single request has been efficiently dealt with. I could not have asked for more support and will always be grateful for the compassion which the Surgery have provided to my family as well as me. I managed to get the names of two very helpful colleagues, Freya and Elaine. Both were incredibly helpful and each one exceeded my highest expectations. In short, don't accept Google Reviews as factual, judge on your own experience. I did and could not have been happier. Thank you to all at Croft Surgery.”
