“We had a really lovely afternoon at the Leif Tea Rooms. We had afternoon tea which was scrumptious. There was a great choice of fillings for the sandwiches which were amazing, plenty of filling! The scones were a delight and the cakes of lemon drizzle, chocolate fudge and victoria sponge were delicious. Very generous portion of everything, couldn't eat it all. But the wonderful staff supplied boxes to take away. We had prosseco which made it more special and were seated by the christmas tree on comfy sofas and chairs. It made our family catch up a special occasion and we would like to say thank you to all the staff who were so nice. Will definitely return, we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon! Definitely recommended.”

“Beautiful historic pub with great beer. Pub also has a brilliant Latin American restaurant attached. I’ve sampled some of the food on the menu and it’s amazing. Tapas is spot on. Burgers are huge. I’ve stopped here for work and the rooms are nice and simplistic. Whenever I’m in town for work this is my go to stop. The staff and super friendly and welcoming. Also they have the best Guinness in the area and even do a clover when pouring it. (Unheard of these days) sadly I’ve never been on time to try breakfast but smells amazing and I’ve heard good things. Can only imagine it’s as good as the evening food”

“The staff who work here are excellent. The room was nice and clean. The location was very good close to the things we wanted to do. We were given free access as guests to the firework display which was really special. The swimming pool and hydro pool were really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had a really great stay would highly recommend.”

The restaurant offers authentic Indian food with rich flavors and a warm, cozy ambience that everyone loved. They set up a wellorganized buffet for us, which was perfectly timed and managed. A special mention to Prasanna, who coordinated everything with great patience from customizing the menu to offering the best prices. His professionalism and attention to detail made the event smooth and enjoyable. This place is definitely going to be our go to spot for future company events. “Had one of the best steaks I've had in a long time at the Hatton Arms. The Gloucester 28-day aged ribeye was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The chips were excellent, twice cooked, golden brown and crunchy. It came with mushrooms and a tomato, and the peppercorn sauce was served in a huge gravy boat. It was very tasty and complemented the steak well. A very good meal. Thank you.”

“Went here at around 2:00pm on Sunday, it was busy as expected but me and my date enjoyed it we ordered two panini’s (chicken & tomato pesto, with hot chocolate & a cappuccino) it was great. There was a wait but the customer service was good was served by a redheaded girl & she was friendly.”

“I stayed in room number 5, it was a perfect size, has everything I needed and was very comfy. There was lots of pubs and shops nearby and loads of places to eat. The owner was lovelly and very helpful, not that I needed much help but she was easy to contact and my stay for 3 nights was very nice. Highly recommended”
