“My husband and I use Costa at Coleshill because its local but we've also now built up good rapport with the staff in there Alexi, Lillie, Molly, Abbie and Jake and the other girls. We enjoy the atmosphere and banter. I feel comfortable to go in there on my own because they make me feel welcome. We've been to other Costa's but Coleshill is our favourite. If the staff left we'd probably go elsewhere.”

“We were very hungry visitors to the town. Never visited before, and was on the look out for a full English, we were actually heading to find somewhere else but this caught my eye. Never heard of it before but have since learnt that they have many around the country. Welcome and service was exceptional. We had a person with an allergy with us and the staff were very thorough and made us all feel at ease. Allergy menu available on line and easy to see. Food arrived and it didn't disappoint at all. Great portion with a bit of everything on it and it was amazing. Thank you to Liliana for being an enthusiastic, helpful, chatty ray of sunshine and making it all the more special. Hopefully be back again soon.”

“Thank you Starbucks Eastern Bypass Coventry for your AMAZING service today. I had to pull over because my car bonnet was loose and wouldn't shut properly... your store came up just in time!! I rang the RAC who said they'd come out but it would be 2 hours minimum. I popped in to get a coffee, explain the situation and ask if it was OK to park here that long and wait for the RAC and the lovely staff member sympathised and as I went to get my card out, she said, this is on us today! WOW! I protested but she wouldn't have it, so here I am sat waiting in the warm, latte in hand, phone plugged in to the free electric and WiFi! Once I get going I have another 250 miles to cover so to say this is a very welcome relief and unexpected BONUS, is an understatement!!”

“Myself and a group of friends with babies met here on Monday. We had such a lovely time and the team were so, so welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing! We’re all gutted we aren’t local so won’t be able to visit again for a while!”

“Nicest Costa I have been to and a perfect flat white. The three lovely ladies taking and preparing our order for five people were friendly and efficient. The bathrooms were clean, unlike a lot of cafes, and the seating area had a nice atmosphere especially for such a large shopping area off the road. We enjoyed a much needed coffee and break from driving. Thank you!”

“Just joined 3 weeks ago. I've done a few of morning classes.. zumba, legs bums, tums & body tone. Done one evening class Clubbercise, which was challenging as I've no coordination, but it was fun. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Nice experience so far.”

“Amazing place, really friendly staff. A member of our party hand wrote down everything that was gluten free- something you wouldn't get elsewhere. Food is wonderful and cooked really well. Brilliant selection. The only problem is the parking is a bit of a walk away, but blue badge holders can park in the street opposite. All in all a successful visit!”

“We came here for the first time having come for a walk and we were really hungry! We used the lift to get upstairs which was quite honestly terrifying, only to find out you can enter via the slope at the top The ladies were so nice and made sure we had a good table with our buggy. Way more choice then we thought I had a jacket potato with cheese and tuna My husband a burger, food was nice, burger quite expensive but it did look good when it came and the chips, salad and onion rings were yummy Service was brilliant very quick and friendly There is lots of adverts for organised events and walks etc.”

“My husband and I visit Carluccio’s Solihull regularly and always enjoy the food and ambience. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff are very friendly, especially Dan, who is always attentive and happy to accommodate. He is a real asset to the team, providing excellent customer service that makes every visit enjoyable. “I would just like to thank the store manager shar I recently had a weekend break in Leamington Spa with the girls and bought a little jumper for the baby of the family for Christmas and left it at this store I have later found out having gone back to Manchester I noticed I hadn’t got my little brown bag so I phoned this store by chance as I thought it was the last place we were sat to have coffee and she said she had got the bag with the little jumper and was so helpful and kind and said she would post out free of charge to me absolutely so lovely of her thanks so much for all your help and I must say the coffee and cake was so nice too we had the best time in Leamington spa thanks again shar for your kindness xx”

“My boyfriend and I visited this cafe to study. We sat on the sofa it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for studying if you get the appropriate table. The hot chocolate was impeccable. We shared a large Belgium milk hot chocolate and now we are set on visiting Belgium. It was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too sweet and I could have drank the whole drink alone and not feel sick. A perfect balance. We also had the added whipped cream and marshmallows. I think the add on was about £2 which shocked us bc normally add one like that would never cost more then 75p however the marshmallows where such good quality. The staff are lovely too. Definitely visit if you’re craving a hot chocolate.”

“I visited Nuneaton Costa yesterday with my three month old baby and felt very welcomed and cared for. The two baristas were working very hard but kept a smile on their faces. The young lady with the dark ponytail was particularly helpful and attentive and took the time to have a chat with me. As a new mum it’s not often you get other adult interaction so it brightened up my day. I normally order either a flat white or a latte so the new signature coffee (blend of the two) was perfect.”

“First visit in 2023 to this Caffe Nero near the Warwick Market Place. But aware of it from the 2009 and 2015 visits to the town in the past. Seating on the ground or first floors. Has The Cloud WiFi like other Nero's. View out to the Market Place. Opposite the Market Hall Museum.”

“A nice coffee shop in centre of Warwick offering a selection of coffees, sandwiches, cakes. Very friendly staff. Put the parking in Warwick is so difficult and parking payment machines not working if you don't have an app its a nightmare”
